Please let the staff at Isabella Spa-Salon help you create the best experience possible! Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment time. We ask for pertinent information about you, and require a major credit card and telephone number to confirm appointments.
Reservations and walk-ins are subject to availability and we ask for 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid being charged in full.
At Isabella Spa-Salon, your appointment is very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be rescheduled or canceled. We respectfully request that you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Same day cancellations & no-shows will be charged in full for your service price with your credit card on file. We appreciate your understanding!
If you are late to your appointment time, we may have to adjust your service time as to not affect our other scheduled guests. This appointment would be full price.
We ask that all clients with spa services have a credit card on file to our cancellation,
no-show and late policies.
In appreciation for outstanding services, gratuities are left to your discretion, 18-20% is customary. Envelopes are provided at the Spa reception desk or can be added to your credit card.
Gift certificates for Isabella Spa-Salon are ideal all year round for any occasion! Please inquire at our Isabella Spa-Salon reception desk, call 315-781- 5040 or purchase gift certificates online on the gift certificates link at the top of the page. Gift certificates can not be returned. Gift certificates are to be redeemed for services only, no exceptions. Isabella Spa-Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

It is Isabella Spa-Salon’s policy that no person under the age of 18 may receive massage or body treatments. Ages 15-17 may receive facial or nail services if accompanied to the spa with a parent or guardian who is also a booked spa guest.
